At EVE LOM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare ritual. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return any unopened and unused products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
